Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing tickets.

Effective date: April 2026

1. Terms of Use

Welcome to JSHTICKET. By accessing, browsing, or using this website and any related services to purchase event tickets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as any additional terms, policies, or guidelines referenced herein.

JSHTICKET provides digital event access products only. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Tickets are delivered electronically to the buyer account dashboard and/or registered email.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend, update, or otherwise modify these Terms of Use at any time. Unless otherwise stated, any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website and will apply to all subsequent access and use. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

2. Payment Policy

We accept payments through payment methods displayed at checkout. Available methods may change from time to time depending on provider availability, risk controls, and regional support. By submitting a payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected method and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • All ticket prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and, where applicable, include value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with prevailing regulations.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the full amount of the order, including any applicable fees or charges, is paid at the time of purchase.
  • A ticket purchase is deemed successful only after the payment has been fully processed and we have issued an electronic confirmation together with the e-ticket to your registered email address.
  • For crypto payments, a transaction is treated as final once confirmed on-chain and marked as confirmed/finished by our payment provider. After that point, the payment is non-reversible, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved under our Refund Policy.

3. E-Tickets

Upon successful completion of your payment, an electronic ticket containing a QR code will be issued to the email address associated with your account and made available in the "My Tickets" section. The e-ticket constitutes a revocable license to attend the specified event, subject at all times to these Terms of Use and any additional rules imposed by the event organizer or venue.

  • Each ticket is associated with a unique QR code and is valid for a single admission to the relevant event, unless otherwise expressly stated.
  • Digital ticket delivery is generally immediate after successful payment, but may be delayed in cases of manual payment verification, anti-fraud review, or provider latency.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e-ticket and QR code. Neither JSHTICKET nor the organizer shall be liable for any loss or unauthorized use of tickets resulting from disclosure, sharing, or mishandling by you or any third party to whom you provide access.
  • On arrival at the event, you may be required to present your e-ticket on a compatible mobile device or as a clearly legible printed copy so that venue staff can verify and scan the QR code.

4. Refund Policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing or required by applicable law, all ticket purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. You are responsible for verifying all order details, including event, date, time, venue, and ticket type, before completing your purchase.

  • If an event is cancelled or, in certain cases, significantly postponed, the organizer will provide instructions regarding any available refund or exchange options via the email address associated with your account.
  • Service charges, processing fees, and payment gateway fees (if any) may not be refundable and are subject to the policies of the relevant event organizer and payment provider.
  • For crypto payments, once the transaction has on-chain confirmation, it is considered final and cannot be reversed through blockchain mechanisms.

5. Organizer Responsibilities

  • Use reasonable efforts to ensure that the event is held at the announced time and venue, subject always to operational considerations and force majeure events.
  • Provide the benefits, services, and entitlements associated with each ticket category as described in the official event information.
  • Provide support to attendees in connection with ticket-related issues and check-in procedures at the event, within the scope of the organizer's control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither JSHTICKET nor the event organizer shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your ticket purchase or attendance at the event.

  • We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property, or for personal injury occurring before, during, or after the event, except where such loss or injury is directly and solely caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the organizer.
  • We are not responsible if you are unable to attend the event due to late arrival, failure to present a valid ticket or identification, non-compliance with venue rules, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

7. Contact Information

If you have any questions about tickets or the event, please contact us at:

8. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time in order to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, or our business operations. Unless otherwise indicated, the revised Terms of Use will take effect upon publication on this website and will supersede all previous versions.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued access to or use of the website following any update shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

9. Refund & Chargeback Policy

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or processed in error, please contact us first so we can investigate and assist promptly. You retain your legal right to contact your payment provider or card issuer for dispute resolution.

Where we reasonably determine that a chargeback is fraudulent or abusive (for example, use of event access followed by an unjustified dispute), we may cancel related tickets, suspend affected accounts, and take actions permitted by applicable law and card network rules.

10. Anti-Bot Policy

In order to preserve a fair ticket-purchasing environment for all users, any use of automated software, bots, scripts, scraping tools, or other technical means designed to circumvent or overload our systems, gain an unfair advantage, or purchase tickets in a manner inconsistent with these Terms of Use is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to cancel orders that we reasonably believe are associated with such prohibited activities, deny admission to the event, and block or restrict access to our systems for the relevant IP addresses, devices, or user accounts. We may also take further action, including legal action, where appropriate.

11. Ticket Purchase Limit

To promote fair access to tickets, we may impose limits on the number of tickets that may be purchased per person, per account, per payment card, and/or per household for a given event (for example, a maximum of four tickets per person), as specified during the purchase process.

Where we reasonably believe that a user, or group of users acting in concert, has circumvented or attempted to circumvent these limits by using multiple accounts or other technical means, the organizer may cancel any tickets that exceed the applicable limits, with no obligation to refund any service charges or related fees.

12. Ticket Transfer Policy

Unless otherwise specified for a particular event, tickets are generally intended for personal use and may be transferred to another individual, provided that such transfer is not conducted in a manner that violates applicable law or these Terms of Use, including any prohibition on resale above the original face value.

  • Any secondary purchaser or recipient of a transferred ticket is solely responsible for verifying the authenticity and validity of the ticket. The organizer's primary obligation is to the original purchaser whose details are recorded in our systems.
  • For certain designated events, tickets may be personalized and require presentation of a valid government-issued ID (such as an ID card or passport) that matches the name on the ticket at check-in. In such cases, tickets are strictly non-transferable and any attempted transfer may result in denial of entry without refund.
