We are an independent ticket sourcing service and are not affiliated with official event organizers or primary ticketing platforms.

1. Customer Places Order
Customers select ticket type and quantity on JSHTICKET, complete checkout, and receive payment confirmation.
Orders are recorded with a unique payment reference and linked to the customer email used at checkout.
2. We Source Tickets From Trusted Partners
After payment, we source event inventory through trusted partner channels and internal operations.
We validate ticket details before fulfillment to reduce invalid or duplicate delivery risk.
3. Tickets Delivered Before Event
Digital tickets are delivered to the customer email and account dashboard before the event date.
Delivery timing can vary by event and partner release schedule. Customers can contact support if they need status updates.
